At Poseidon Bike, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original, unridden condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Shipment
Carefully repack your items in the original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all components and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians inspect your return to confirm its original condition, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
